By accessing, registering on or using the pk364 platform available at pk364.app (hereinafter "pk364", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the pk364 platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. The pk364 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pk364 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending such verification.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) pk364 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by a single individual — regardless of the device, mobile number or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. pk364 may request supporting documentation (CNIC copy or equivalent) to verify any information provided.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. Access to the pk364 platform is offered to users in jurisdictions where such access does not violate applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pk364 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pk364 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pk364 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent pk364 support.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event you suspect that your pk364 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. pk364 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. pk364 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. pk364 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise for USDT transactions.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the pk364 platform and may be updated from time to time. The currently applicable minimums take precedence over any figure stated in these Terms.
4.3 Verification. pk364 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to pk364 represent your own lawfully acquired money and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pk364 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. A bet is accepted only when the pk364 system confirms it and issues a bet reference number. pk364 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion.
5.2 Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing error (including obvious misquotations), pk364 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been accepted. Bets settled at an erroneous price will be resettled at the correct price or voided if no correct price can reasonably be determined.
5.3 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets on cricket and other sports are accepted in real time. Bets placed during a disconnection, delay or system error may be voided at pk364's discretion if the outcome was already known at the time the bet was submitted.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. pk364 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event, which are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform. These limits apply regardless of any bet stake placed above the threshold.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by pk364 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. General eligibility requires an active, verified pk364 account in good standing. Users who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's specific terms. pk364 reserves the right to vary wagering requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
6.3 Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using promotional funds inconsistently with the promotion's intent, or employing betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse. pk364 may forfeit bonus funds and close accounts in such circumstances.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire in accordance with the timelines stated in each promotion's specific terms. pk364 is not obliged to extend or reinstate expired bonuses.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk364 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the pk364 platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile interface, brand name, logo, game integrations, software, content, databases and all materials published on or accessible through pk364 — are owned by or licensed to pk364. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Permitted Use. pk364 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, republishing, scraping, redistributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Casino games, slots and other game titles available on pk364 are provided under licence from their respective certified software developers (including but not limited to Evolution, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and SA Gaming). All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the relevant developers.

9.2 Age Verification. pk364 implements age verification checks at registration and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Gambling by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source minus any net winnings.
10.1 Service Availability. pk364 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical failures, including those caused by third-party infrastructure, Pakistani telecommunications networks or force majeure events.
10.2 Extent of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk364 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost betting opportunities or data loss.
10.3 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. You are solely responsible for all bets placed from your account. pk364 is not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, whether made on cricket, casino games, slots or any other product available on the Platform.
11.1 By pk364. pk364 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:
11.2 By the User. You may close your pk364 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
pk364 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.
Continued use of the pk364 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk364 operates. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk364 platform, you should first contact pk364 support to seek an informal resolution. pk364 commits to responding to formal complaints within 14 business days.
13.3 Complaints Process. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Your Username]". Please include a full description of the issue, relevant dates, bet reference numbers and any supporting documentation.
